1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ssjili online gaming platform, including the website located at ssjili.cam, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you enter into a binding contract with ssjili and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the ssjili Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

ssjili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number with Philippines country code (+63)
• Date of birth
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Username and secure password

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, all users must complete identity verification before withdrawing funds. You agree to provide copies of valid government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, Postal ID, or PhilSys ID) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by ssjili to verify your identity, age, and source of funds.

ssjili may conduct periodic reviews of user accounts and request updated documentation at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of account privileges, including the ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the ssjili Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions and wagers placed using your account.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify ssjili customer support. ssjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Prohibited Account Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Sharing your account with any other person
• Allowing minors to access your account
• Using your account for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Platform or any games
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent betting patterns
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or cryptocurrency equivalent.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform. ssjili reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately. In the event of a processing delay, please contact customer support with proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with KYC requirements
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as specified on the Platform
• Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise approved by ssjili

4.3 Fees and Charges

All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, ssjili will convert such funds to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Exchange rate fluctuations are beyond ssjili's control, and users assume all currency conversion risks.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ssjili offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions.

Bonus terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand all bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by ssjili are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or dispute regarding game results, ssjili's records shall be deemed conclusive. Disputes must be reported to customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event. ssjili will investigate all disputes fairly and render a final decision.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, official results as determined by the governing sports body or league shall be final. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets may be voided or settled according to ssjili's sports betting rules, which are available on the Platform.

6.4 Sabong Betting

For sabong (cockfighting) betting, results are determined by the official outcome declared by the arena or event organizer. In cases where an event is canceled or a match is declared "draw" or "no contest," bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Responsible Gaming

ssjili employs geo-location technology to verify user locations. Attempts to circumvent geo-location controls through VPNs, proxies, or other means constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of ssjili or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ssjili.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ssjili, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ssjili's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

ssjili is not responsible for third-party payment processor errors, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination and Account Closure

ssjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Abusive or disruptive behavior toward staff or other users
• Prolonged account inactivity

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

12. Amendments to Terms

ssjili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation with ssjili customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as provided under Philippine law.
